He is survived by: his parents, Margaret Rose Macker (Rivnack) and Michael John Ambrose III; his significant other Gordon Robbins of Norfolk, MA; his sons, Weston Ambrose of Millis, MA and Michael John Ambrose V of Millis, MA; and his siblings, Misty (David Reyes), Damien Csech, Courtney Csech, Gabrielle Ambrose, Nathaniel and Mathew Ambrose.
