He is survived by: his wife Joanne D. Kowalik (Cummings); his children, Jeanne Santora (David) of Shrewsbury, Leo F. Kowalik Jr. (Margaret) of Franklin, Nancy Souder of Milford and James Kowalik (Terri) of Milford; his grandchildren, James Kowalik Jr. (Brittany), Kaitlyn Souder (Christopher), Melissa Felper (Scott), Leo F. Kowalik III (Eryn), Bradley Kowalik (Sarid), Mark Souder, Christopher Kowalik (Chelsea) and Zachary Santora; and his great grandchildren, Isabelle and Ashlyn.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Leo's memory to the Alzheimer's Association or a charity of one's choice.
