He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur W. Gilblair and Annie M. Gilblair (Patrick); his brother Stephen Gilblair; his son Joseph P. Gilblair; and his granddaughter Jessica Ann Wheeler.
He is survived by: his children, Carol B. Roy (Normand) of Saco, Joanne Wheeler Fishman of Kennebunk, Sarah E. Marocchini (Marco) of Waterboro and Benjamin W. Gilblair of Sanford; his siblings, Joan M. Grassi of Bellingham, MA, Shirley Newport (Gerry) of Sanford and Albert Gilblair of Lyman; his grandchildren, April C. Robinson (Timothy) of Biddeford, Elizabeth Gilblair of Sanford, Madalynn Marocchini of Waterboro and Matthew Roy (Dané) of Saco; and his great grandchildren, Lacey, Lucas, Alexander, Anthony and Lydia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
