He was predeceased by: his former wife Elaine Urda. He is survived by: his wife Judi Urda; his children, Julie Urda of Boston and William Urda (Keiko Inoue) of Hanoi, Vietnam; his stepchildren, John Ash (Nichole) of Kingston, NH, Julie Gillis (Chris) of Lancaster, MA, Jodie Herlihy (Sean) of Chelmsford and Jason Ash of Charlestown; his sister Florence Zielinski of Honesdale, PA; his grandchildren, Nikolai, Daichi, Brady, Nolan, Elizabeth, Brandon, Andrew, Conner and Tyler; and his great grandchild Audrey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
