He was predeceased by: his parents, Hadgie Shahzade and Celia Shahzade; and his son Edward A. Shahzade. He is survived by: his children, Joyce O'Connor of Falmouth, John Shahzade (Catherine) and David Shahzade (Edina) of Falmouth; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Brooke, Christian, Matthew, John, Katelin, Lindsay, Heather and Holly (Gayla Parrish Troup).
