He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Evelyn Berchtold (Brown); his parents, Doris Berchtold (Lynch) and William F. Berchtold; his son Jonathan W. Berchtold; his grandchildren, Justin, Jaydon and Jace; and his siblings, Gerard Berchtold, Elaine Basiliere, Judy Kelly and Paul Berchtold. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
