He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bartlett Ames and Inez Mary Eno Ames; and his wife Margaret E. "Betty" Ames (Millett). He is survived by: his children, Stacey Kenneth Ames (Robin) and Steven Kent Ames (Stephanie); his granddaughter Sarah Ames of Grants Pass; and his great grandchildren, John and Bob.
