He is survived by: his wife Polly Goscinak (Patno); his children, Lisa Hassan (Edward), Christopher Goscinak and David Goscinak; his sister Patricia Goscinak Garnett; and his siblings-in-law, H. P. Patno (Bettina) and Virginia Patno. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren, many loving nieces and nephews.
