She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold C. Chase; and her parents, Harold Gardner and Beulah Gardner (Green). She is survived by: her caregiver Susan Wilkinson of Marshfield; her nieces, Lorraine Driver and Diane McPherson; and her nephew David Pierce.
