He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard N. Ward and Catherine G. (Boyle); his siblings, Janice (Glover) and David; and his wife Kelly A. (Moran).
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard of Plymouth and Susan McAlinden of Pembroke; and his nephew Christopher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
