It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John M. Cronin Sr. of Marshfield, Massachusetts, born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Cronin and Elizabeth Cronin (Shugrue); his wife Alice C. Murphy; and his brother Timothy Cronin. He is survived by: his children, John M. Cronin, Jr. (Michelle) of Hanson, MA, Barbara A. Roberts of Rockland, MA and Katy J. Szafranski (Paul) of Marshfield, MA; and his sister Rita Aronson of Winchester, MA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
