She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Comeau (Jones) and Richard M. Temple; her former husband Robert; her son Daniel K. Mitchell (Patricia Mitchell) of Taunton; and her brother David Temple.

She is survived by: her husband Richard P. D'Onofrio; her daughters, Linda M. Shackford (Josh) of Madison, NH and Donna R. Leonardo (Vincent) of Douglas; and her grandchildren, Cameron Mitchell, Ashley Mitchell, Blake Mitchell, David Farinella, Nicholas Farinella, Christopher Farinella and Mario Leonardo.
