He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hargreaves and Mabel Hargreaves (Cowan). He is survived by: his wife Beth J. Hargreaves (Richardson); his children, Michael S. Hargreaves of West Bridgewater, Mark C. Hargreaves (Frances) of Michigan and Rebecca A. Hargreaves of Rhode Island; his grandchildren, Brianna St. Don, Freddi Hargreaves and Calli Hargreaves; and his brother David Hargreaves (Katherine) of Norwood. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
