He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cummings and Shirley Cummings (Browne); and his brother John Cummings. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Martens; his close friend Bill W.; his children, Jennifer R. Cannon of Chelsea and Liam P. Cummings of Mansfield; and his brother Joseph Cummings. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Patrick's family has requested that donations in his memory be made to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
