She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth A. Hernandez; and her parents, Alfred A. Dell'Orfano and Margaret M. Dell'Orfano (Kimbley). She is survived by: her children, Kenneth A. Hernandez, Jr. (Kimberly) of Mansfield and Katherine A. Hernandez of Mansfield; and her grandson Reid Holleran of Providence. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews.
