He was predeceased by: his parents, David L., Sr. and Marlene D. Saba (Searles); and his father-in-law Robert Muzzio. He is survived by: his wife Christine Muzzio-Saba; his daughter Catherine L. Saba (Harrison Guthrie) of Austin, Texas.; his siblings, David L. Saba, Jr. (late Linda) of Bourne and Kristen M. Brechter (Henry) of Bridgewater; and his parent-in-law Shirley Muzzio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Mark's family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations in his memory be made to the New England School of Law, 154 Stuart St, Boston, MA 02116.
