He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Smith and Jean A. Smith (Kirwan). He is survived by: his children, Kegan, Tarynn and Kieran Smith of Mansfield; his siblings, Jim Smith (Debbie) of New Milford, CT., Patty Gilmartin (James) of Scituate, Kelly Alver (Craig) of West Hartford, CT. and Kerry Smith of New Bedford; and also Kyle Chace of Mansfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and close friends.
