She was predeceased by: her husband Paul R. Lewis, Sr.; her parents, John J., Sr. and Anna M. Conley (Flaherty); her daughter Susan T. Lewis; and her brother John J. Conley, Jr..

She is survived by: her sons, Paul R. Lewis, Jr. (Pamela) of Plainville and Gregory J. Lewis of North Attleboro; her grandchildren, Brian P. Lewis, Emily J. Lewis and Andrew P. Lewis; and her siblings, Richard M. Conley (Martha) of Hanover, William A. Conley (Betty) of East Sandwich and Patricia Ann Conley. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews.
