It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey H. Zacks of Mansfield, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Zacks and Rhoda Zacks (Lichtenstein). He is survived by: his wife Cara Zacks (Streber); his daughter Amanda Nicole Zacks of Mansfield; and his sisters, Lisa (Pat Covey), Donna (Bob Novy) and Jill Zacks.
