She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Eckhardt and Mary Helen Eckhardt (Bowles); and her sister Margaret Eckhardt. She is survived by: her daughters, Beth K. Newton (Michael) of Medway, Bonnie L. Belanger of Mansfield and Brooke A. Porter of Attleboro; her grandchildren, Kenneth Belanger, Nicole Newton and David Belanger; and her sisters, Mary Ellen Dikes (Michael) of Texas and Patricia Cohen. She is also survived by her loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Frances's family has requested that donations in her memory be made to the Mansfield High School Booster Club, 250 East Street, Mansfield, MA 02048.
