She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin F. Claflin, Jr.; her parents, Cecil Dustin and Hazel Dustin (Chamberlain); her son Robert E. Claflin; and her sibling Ceil Myers.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy A. Nelson of Illinois; and her siblings, Betty Lutz of Georgia, Cecil Dustin of New Jersey and Ann Hynko of Georgia. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, as well as her loving nieces and nephews.
