He was predeceased by: his father James Veiking. He is survived by: his spouse Kerry A. Veiking (Condangelo); his mother Linda Veiking (Fawson) of Marshfield; his children, Kacey Veiking of Mansfield and J. T. Veiking of Mansfield; his siblings, Heather Hoffman of Marshfield and Michael Veiking; his parents-in-law, James and Nancy Condangelo of Foxborough; his siblings-in-law, Colleen Honan (Kevin) of Brighton, Kara Pugh (Ian) of Naples and Jamie McAndrews (John) of Foxborough; and his pet Retrievers "Cooper". He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Edward's family has requested that donations in his memory be made to the Mass General Cancer Center, 55 Fruit Street, Boston, MA 02114.
