Bertram M. Cook Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertram M. Cook (Mansfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on December 17, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Cook and Eva Cook (Bellavance); his son Bertram J. Cook; and his brother Joe Cook. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cook (Hay); his children, Linda Cornetta of Mansfield, Mark Cook of Mansfield and Debra Cook; his grandchildren, Christa Cornetta and Courtney Harrison; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Kadira and Khiro; his siblings, John Cook of Oregon, Sally Cunningham of Oregon and Patricia Merriam of Oregon; his parents-in-law, Margot Hay and Gordon S. Hay; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Hay, Susan MacKinnon and Gordon N. Hay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
