She was predeceased by: her husband William Rose, Sr.; her parents, Josephine L. Malone-Walker and John E. Walker; her siblings, John Walker, Jim Walker of Louisiana and Mary Walker Davis; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Davis of Connecticut and Mary E. Rose.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Chartier (Elizabeth Kutcher) of Warren, RI, Karen Caldwell (Kevin Caldwell) of South Kingstown, RI and William Rose, Jr. (Randi Rose) of Norwood; her siblings, Tom Walker, Edward Walker of Canton and Margaret Walker Jones of Ft. McCoy, FL; her sister-in-law Helen Walker of Canton; her friends, Betty Blais of Millis and Lorilee Fish of Mansfield; and her grandchildren, Daniel Rose of Dedham, Genevieve Rose of Charlestown, Veronica Rose of Chelsea, Nathaniel Chartier of Warren, RI and Noah Chartier of Seattle. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Barbara's family has requested that donations in her memory be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452.
