He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Kozlowski of Dracut; and his sisters, Elaine Levasseur (Robert) of Florida, Arlene Priest (late Eddie) of Florida, Diane Kozlowski (Norman) of Dracut and Denise Denver (Jim) of Tyngsboro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
