He was predeceased by: his parent Chea Lim; his son Kunthea Lim; and his sisters, San Lim and Soy Lim. He is survived by: his wife Lang On; and his children, Sokol Lim of Lowell, Kunthy Lim of Cambodia, Tharat Lim of Cambodia, Vandoung Lim of Cambodia, Long Dy Lim of Cambodia, Songkry Lim of Cambodia and Srey Leak Lim of Cambodia. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
