He was predeceased by: his parents, Him Yin Cheng and Sow Trin Wong. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Cheng (Hsu); his sons, Isaac Cheng (Jessica) of Cambridge, Jachin Cheng (Jessica) of Singapore and Daniel Cheng (Becca) of Arlington, Virginia; his grandchildren, Isaac, Zoe, Liberty, Eben, Bethel, Hope and Asher; and his sisters, Esther Yu of New York City and Beryl Chan of Cambridge. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
