He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen Edmonds; his children, Jacquelyn Snodgrass of Acton and Edward Snodgrass of Hinsdale, IL; his stepchildren, Kristin Edmonds of Northampton and Daniel Edmonds-Waters of San Francisco, CA; his former wife Anne Snodgrass (Smith); his parents, Clare Berkeley Snodgrass and Louise Snodgrass (Scala); and his sister Judith Marie Wilson. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren.
Snodgrass worked for the Ford Foundation and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), then spent 30 years as a member of the Harvard Institute for International Development, a branch of Harvard University.
