He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George H. Gangell and Bessie Althea DeForest Gangell; his brothers, Diesel and Gutters; his wife Deborah Anne Michaud; his daughters, Jennifer Leigh Gangell of Lee and Carrie Althea Gangell (Jason Collins) of Pittsfield; his former wife Deborah A. Gangell of Lee; his grandsons, Stephen and Jacob Gangell of New Jersey; his pet Otis; his brother Byron Gangell of Lee; his son William R. "Billy" Gangell, Jr.; his brothers, Milton and Arthur; and his friends, Dickie Cody and Mal Eckert. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 there will be no calling hours and burial will be a later date at the convenience of the family.
