He was predeceased by: his wife Adelaide Fulton; his son Michael John Fulton; and his sister Shirley Dunn. He is survived by: his children, William Fulton Jr., Kevin Fulton (Maryellen Fulton) of Larksville and Laurie Youron (Michael); his daughter-in-law Mary Jo Fulton of Kingston; his grandchildren, Brian, Peter (Janelle), Kaitlin Fulton, Justin, Christopher (Katy Youron) and Morgan Fulton; his niece Nancy Hicks; and his great grandchild Rowan Fulton.
