He was predeceased by: his parents, John Philip Hiser and Vera Lester Beaudoin; his wife Lillian M. Coty; his brother Theodore; and his half-sister Betsy Beaudoin.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Hiser, Philip, Jr. (Debbie) of Lee, Karen Hiser Hagley of Lenox Dale, Frank Hiser of Lee and Albert Hiser of Lee; his grandchildren, Rick (Nancy) of Becket, Eric Earl of Pittsfield, Amy Hiser (Matt), Michael Hagley of Lee and Philip Hiser, III (Kate); his great grandchildren, Rick Hiser, Jr. of Lee and Jackson of Adams; and his half-sisters, Nancy Bourassa of Pittsfield, Sarah Perkins (Donald) of Pittsford, NY and Connie of Oregon.
