He was predeceased by: his siblings, Frances, Henry, Michael, Robert, Elizabeth Garrity, Catherine Garrity, Patricia Fullerton, Maria Iris MacInally, Esther Yegihan and Mary Jane Cassidy.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Joseph Weldon Sr.; his wife Martha Gelles; his children, Catherine Garrity of Pittsfield, Laura Weldon of Noblesville, Cheryl Garrity (Craig Rosenberg) of Tewksbury, Charles Garrity (Brandon Phillips) of Springfield and Patricia Garrity; and his siblings, Jessica Cibelli and Thomas Garrity (Barbara). He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
