He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett Sparks and Marcia Andrews Sparks; his wife Cathie Kelly; his children, Bethany Kelly (Michael) of Lee, Megan Consolati (Michael) of North Bend, WA and Todd Sparks (Maricarmen) of Chula Vista, CA; his grandchildren, Ashley, Brianna, Shaelynn Kelly, Mathew Consolati, Kolton Sparks, Maya and Michael Gutierrez; his siblings, Gordon Sparks (Shirley) of New Smyrna Beach, FL and Deborah Holmes (Richard) of Pittsfield, MA; his former wife Susan Sparks; and his siblings, Susan Neales Bernardo and Eric E. Sparks. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers- in- law.
