He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton L. Lacey and Marion Lacey (Foy). He is survived by: his siblings, Milton L. Lacey Jr. (Elaine), Edney Lacey (Blessie) and Donna Deschenes (David) of Seabrook, NH; his nephews, Milton L. Lacey III and Terry; and his niece Cassie.
