He was predeceased by: his daughter Karen A. Ciampa-Ingalls; and his brother Thomas Ciampa. He is survived by: his daughter Andrea Ciampa of Lawrence; his grandchildren, Michael Ingalls, Brandon Ingalls, Christine Ingalls and Stephen Ingalls; his great grandchild Emma Grace Ingalls; and his siblings, Linda, Grace and Artie Ciampa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
