He is survived by: his children, Frank Nieves (Anna), Francisco Nieves and Cynthia Robles (Brian) of Lawrence, MA.; and his siblings, Leticia Medina (Jorge) of Lawrence, Angel Nieves of Lowell, MA, Ivan Nieves, Dagaberto Nieves of Lowell, MA, Ricardo Nieves (Wanda), Julio Caesar Nieves (Mita) and Ada Marques. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
