She was predeceased by: her father Michael E. Devine; and her sisters, Gina Arsenault, Christina Devine and Cheryl Santana. She is survived by: her husband Jose S. "Zack" Francisco; her children, Zachary Francisco of Lawrence and Lucy Fanelli (Mark) of Lawrence; her mother Lucy C. Healey of Lawrence; and her sister Tracy Devine of Lawrence. She is also survived by her aunts and many nieces and nephews.
Colleen was a devout Catholic whose faith was her guiding strength and foundation.
