He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Busick (Pettengill). He is survived by: his father Forrest E. Pettengill, Jr. (Carole) of Hudson, FL; his children, Danea M. Pettengill and Brian Keith Pettengill of New Hampshire; his siblings, Darwin Busick, Jr. (Jamie) of Plaistow, NH, Charles Pettengill (Nicole) of Sandown, NH, Forrest E. Pettengill, III (Cindy) of Hudson, FL, Theresa Legare (William) of Fremont, NH, Carol Infinger (Robert) of Minnesota and Danielle Pettengill-Landis (Mars) of North Carolina; his stepfather Darwin Busick, Sr.; his stepsiblings, Laurie Ingenluyff (Michael) of Hawaii and Gregory Busick (Annette) of Farmington, NH; his aunts, Priscilla Belmer and Patricia Pettengill; his uncle Bruce Pettengill; and his cousins, Nicholas Belmer, Joanne Belmer and Eleni Spada. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, along with many great nieces and nephews.
