He was predeceased by: his sibling Liberatore "Yac" Yacovone; and his sibling-in-law Emett Walsh. He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth J. Yacovone (O'Connell); his children, Valerie A. Langlands (Robert) of West Springfield, Kathleen M. Serra (Joseph) and Carolyn A. Edwards (Chris Bernacki) of Holyoke; his sibling Teresa Walsh of Agawam; his siblings-in-law, Frances O'Connell (Edward St) and Shirley Linderman; his grandchildren, Sarah Menke (Peter), Rebecca Langlands, Jennifer Ashe (Tim), Michael Serra (Gina), Katie Serra (John Muller), Nicholas Edwards and Hunter Edwards; and his great grandchildren, Vanessa Ashe, Dominic Serra, Nora Serra, Brendon Menke, Owen Menke, Sophie Muller and Jake Muller.
