She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Almeida and Sylvanna Almeida; her husband David L. Westgate; her children, Kathleen Kaminski (Louis), Sharon Ramsey, Jacqueline Bernard (Steven), Angela Lu (Qoing) and Steven Ramsey; and her grandchildren, Tara Stetson, Laura Kaminski, Zachary Bernard, Lola Lu, Aiden Lu and Kaylee Lu.
