She was predeceased by: her spouse Gardner P. Sherman. She is survived by: her children, Polly G. Eldridge of Rochester and Philip B. Sherman (Estelle) of Lakeville. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; 15 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great Grandsons.

At the family's request in lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be given in Eunice's name to a charity of your choice.
