Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rosemary Parks of Ipswich, Massachusetts, born in Bangor, Maine, who passed away at the age of 82, on August 10, 2020. She was predeceased by: her former husband Joseph W. Parks, Jr.. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Julia, Kimberly, Phillip Perkins, Cody and Luke Pleasant; and her husband Joe Parks.
