He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Barkowski (Levesque); and his parents, Joseph Barkowski and Blanche Barkowski (Lezon). He is survived by: his children, Ronald Barkowski (Diane), Diane Veno (Barkowski), Joseph Barkowski III (Janice), Pamela (Brian Sarro) and Sharon Barkowski; his grandchildren, Michele, Nicole, Stephanie, Lori, Joseph IV, Jessica, Steven, Amy, David and Eric; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Dallas, Devon, Samuel, Drew, Les Paul and Tessa. He is also survived by 5 children.

In lieu of flowers, kindly make memorial donations in Joe's memory to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, 78 Liberty Street, Danvers Mass. 01923.
