We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2019, at the age of 89, Arthur R. Lowell (Hopkinton, Massachusetts), born in Framingham, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Lowell (Pond) and Frank Lowell. He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Lowell (Flood); and his children, Steven (Anne), Jeffrey (Anne), Karen and David (Roseanne). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
