He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur H. Lewis and Beverly A. Pettibone Lewis; and his brothers, William and Steven Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, Laurel Burgwardt (Mark) of Becket, Karen Civello (James) of Southwick, Arthur Lewis of Hinsdale, David Lewis (Melanie Kilgour) of Ashley Falls and Kevin Lewis (Janine) of Cheshire; and his pet Talia. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
