He was predeceased by: his father Col. Richard L. Penney; his son Dale S. Penney; and the father of his children Col. Richard L Penney. He is survived by: his mother Jeanne C. Kelley (Moses) of Bradford; his girlfriend Claudine Ouellet (Coco); his son Rafe V. Penney; his grandson Harrison D. Penney; his siblings, Dawn LaFond (Steve) of Atkinson, NH and Brett Penney (Danielle) of Bradford; his stepson Danny (RD); his stepgrandchildren, Everly and Elliot Buckwalter of Lancaster, PA; his stepson Alex Vieweg (Rebecca Bamford); his stepgrandson Landon of Haverhill; and also Remy Collins of Haverhill.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to local food banks in Scott's memory.
