He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Manuel Melo and Maria Salgueiro; his daughters, Amanda Melo (Mitchell Pierce) of Milford, NH and Alicia Curry (Taylor) of Dover, NH; his sisters, Elsa DiPaolo of Methuen and Maria Medina (Victor) of Methuen; and his grandchildren, Deklan Curry, McKinley Curry, Douglas Pierce and Benjamin Pierce. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
