He was predeceased by: his parents, Constantine Billis and Joan Billis (McCusker); and his sister Constance Williams. He is survived by: his brother Stephen Billis (Deborah); his brother-in-law Mark Williams; his niece Kate (Gabe Rogers); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Gabriel, Jak and Meadow; and his nephew Jason (Leborah Williams). He is also survived by cousins and many close lifelong friends.
