He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Demeris and Vasilike Demeris (Chilivede); his wife Ariste Demeris; and his daughter Maria. He is survived by: his children, Peter C. Demeris (Wendy) of Chester, NH, George C. Demeris of Haverhill and Elena Demeris of Haverhill; and his grandchildren, Arianna and Angelina Demeris.
