He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Clarke (Girard). He is survived by: his father F. Peter Clarke of Greenfield; his son Michael S. Clarke (Michaela) of Peabody, MA; his brother Michael W. Clarke of Turners Falls; his nephews, Andrew Clarke and Derek Johnson; and also, Michaela and Leanne Unaitis.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Dakin Humane Society.
